Excellent service received from Mark Nelson Roofing - after heavy rain I discovered that the roof was leaking and as I have a boiler within the loft space I wanted to ensure that there was no risk of damage to it. Very helpful conversation with Lynne who arranged for Mark to visit as a priority. He arrived earlier that the time indicated and found the problem and made the repairs quickly - he also gave the rest of the roof a check while he was there. He explained everything clearly and honestly and I am very happy with the service I received. The cost was also very reasonable . I am more than happy to recommend this company and will be their number handy for the future. Thank you Mark Nelson Roofing.

Mark was such a nice person to deal with and came to fix our leaky roof which we previously had other roofers who failed to solve the problem. Also he didn't invoice us until it rained which after a couple of rainy days the leak has stopped. If you want a good roofer mark's your man.

Mark went above and beyond in replacing our flat roof which had been done poorly by a previous roofing company three years ago. The quality of the finished work was absolutely fantastic, they definitely know their stuff. And the most friendly and helpful guys one could wish for. Will be recommending them to all my friends and neighbours.

Found Mark through this site. Spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone who arranged for Mark to call to inspect our leaky roof.
Mark attended and inspected the job - a previous roofer had replaced a tile and said that the chimney stack needed removing. I contacted Mark for a second opinion - he did not think the stack needed to be removed and that the wall will dry out. He noted the replacement tile and thought that was the problem.
Mark was friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in using his services again.

Not even worth one star.. He failed to turn up after making an appointment. He failed to let me know beforehand, or explain why, I had to phone him to find out where he was, and he had either forgotten about me or was simply not interested. Then he said he'd come first thing after the weekend but he didn't, and I've not heard from him since. BEWARE if you are a new customer, or unless you have got a big job needing to be done, when he might show some interest.

Mark took ages because he was so thorough and wanted to make sure the roof was safe. I really felt that I could trust him after the problems I had had with the original roofer. In my opinion if you need a trustworthy reliable honest roofer this is your man!!!!

Mark is about is obviously experienced and knowledgeable about his trade. When he first came he spent a long time identifying what was causing the leak of water through my garage roof in order to try and eliminate the problem rather than provide a quick fix. It was refreshing to see this rather than someone suggesting a fix which may solve the problem for a while only for it to reappear - something that unfortunately I have experienced from others.
