Everyone at the shop was sympathetic, helpful and kind. They were happy to order items and then communicated promptly by phone when the items were in stoke. I purchased shoes and Michelle was clearly very competent as assessing and fitting. Every visit to the shop has been a pleasant experience.

I use this mobility shop quite often for various disabled equipment. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Are always happy to help, if they do not have an item that i want in stock they will always order it for me.

Bell mobility have friendly staff and are very eager to help. If there was something they didn't have they would try and find it for us and get us the item we needed. Very fast working and ordering, would recommend to anyone and would definitely use again if the opportunity needed.

I found the husband and wife team friendly kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, we had as much time and more to pick what chair we wanted, no pushing or sale pitch, they were there with help and support and information. We thank them very much as we had seen all mobility shops on the Wirral and Liverpool, Chester and Ellesmere Port None gave us that extra touch or were as helpful and kind and knowledgeable about everything in the shop offering tea or coffee aswell - lovely experience.

Staff are courteous, helpful, v obliging. If you need things that are not in the shop they are happy to order for you. They will go out of their way to help you.

I had been to another shop elsewhere but this one had been recommended to me. I was impressed with the shop - it was well stocked and the assistant very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to walk out with exactly what I wanted and will be using them again.

The workmen were very nice and helpful to us, they were from Peninsula Property maintenance and John Bell was VERY good to talk to, he explained in detail everything that was going to take place, we are very pleased with our shower room as my husband is disabled.

On 8th September my mobility scooter was stolen from my front garden, it was fully insured but they say because it was not chained to an unmovable object they have rejected my claim. My situation was put in the Wirral News on 26th September which resulted in the following. I was contacted by Sgt McCleod of Wallasey Police stating they had had a call from Bell Mobility making an offer of a free scooter, they asked the police for me to contact them on Monday 1st October which I did, they offered any one of my choice free, my selection was not in stock but they obtained one and delivered it to me on 12 October. Thanks to them I am again mobile. I must declare both owners Michelle and John are very wonderful people, very caring beyond belief. I shall remain in contact with them for the rest of my life. I say again they are wonderful caring partners, I will recommend them without reservation, GOD BLESS THEM BOTH also Sgt McCleod of Wallasey Police.

The stair lift firm rang us on Thursday and fitted it on the Friday, it is a god send for my wife and I and we couldn't wait any longer for the social to fit one, my wife is having a hip opp next Thursday and we needed a stair lift, the family clubbed together and brought us one.

All the staff were supportive and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble, at a time when you need help you could not find a better place. They were also helpfull discussing alternatives and costs. I shall definately use them again and have already recommended them to several friends
