Great experience with Mark. Really easy to talk to and very explanatory to someone who has no prior knowledge of building work/relevant applications etc. Happy to talk through any questions/queries over the phone even when the work was finished and paid for. Would not hesitate to use Mark again.

A few year ago. Mark did a great re design of our tired looking house. With different extensions and complete new roof design. We was made up when it all got passed. Any little tweaks mark sorted out for us straight away. Heâs a really nice guy too. Easy to talk to. Around march 2022 we wanted to build a 6 foot wall at the front of our house. Unfortunately the council wasnât much help. So we rang mark. He explained about seeing anyone walking past and how we have to be able to see them. So he designed the wall to meet all the requirements. After the council kept asking ridiculous questions. Mark with his patience got us what we wanted. Because the council dragged their feet. We couldnât start the build in the autumn because of the bricks weâve chosen. So now. March 2023 weâre just preparing to start finally. I wish I had marks patience.

Mark provided an excellent service involving the planning, design and submission of 2 storey extension. Mark listened to what we required, added some suggestions that improved the flow of the project and produced the plans. He liaised with the planning department and gained approval. The extension has now been completed.

Mark is an excellent architect. He is friendly, helpful and courteous and assisted us in drawing up plans to fit our needs and then supported us through the planning process. He was extremely patient and it's been wonderful watching his plans turn into an extremely well designed reality. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for an architect.
