While removing the old water tank from the loft they cut a pipe and left it to drain on to my hall ceiling causing it to collapse whilst there were 2 children in the house. Then sent a "plasterer" to fix the damage, who well i can only say did an awful job,and left a belly in the new plaster and scrapes they painted it while it was still wet. After 2 months they agreed to cover my costs for a plasterer of my choice to come out and re do the job and re paint. But have now gone back on the agreement and are refusing to pay for it to be painted. 2 months on and a nasty phone call later and i am still living in a house that has plaster but no paint. including a bedroom that had been painted a week before they did the job in the first place! An disgusting company. so sorry i had the misfortune of dealing with them. Now being forced to employ a solicitor to get my house back to its original condtion and claim all monies lost through this. oh and i forgot to mention that the boiler wasn't connected correctly. I would never wish the company on any body, all they have done since day one is to wriggle out of what they had done. If anyone has a issue with anything i have written here, i have got pictures from each stage of this mess as proof.
