Andy managed to remove all the ivy which covered the back of the house and the back fence. He also, cut back various trees, shrubs and a clematis which had become very overgrown. Although he does not dispose of the cuttings he gladly and efficiently tidied up the whole yard and put them all in the building bags I supplied ready for removal. He is punctual, reliable, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend him and will use his services again.

Andy came out to look at my roof after I spotted a hole in it from the loft. He came and assessed the work and used a spare tile I had, to repair the roof. He fully explained the issue and spotted some more work that would need doing in the future due to the deterioration of the roof. He was friendly, honest, and on time. Great communication on the text beforehand too. All in all, I would fully recommend and will be using Andy again! Beltinâ job! ????

Andy couldnât have been more helpful - I asked him to come round because of a pest in the attic and he came round within 2 hours, identified that it was birds and where they were getting in, told me a cheap and effective way to stop it and then didnât charge me a penny because he felt that he hadnât done enough to warrant it!! Absolutely fantastic service and I will definitely be using him in the future!

Very satisfied with the pointing Andy carried out on my garage roof today. Initially Andy gave me a budgetary price based on photos I emailed to him but this was revised downwards when he attended and saw the work was required was not as extensive as envisaged. Andy cut down my 90 year old dad's privets and took them away. My dad was extremely pleased with Andy's work and his great nature. Repairs to a summer house and a shed. This required the collection of tanalised timber (rather than using poorer quality material) together with new guttering and downspout. The work was completed to his usual high standard and at a reasonable price. Gary had quoted me for the work but his final price charged came out lower. I think this demonstrates just how honest you will find this trader.

Andy Clark was recommended by a friend, after my mum's bedroom ceiling fell in due to a roof leak. She is 80 and lives alone in Wigan, but I live up in Dundee, so she was vulnerable and we were both worried sick, her about the house, and me about her.Andy was simply wonderful with my mum! He went round and fixed the roof, calmed her right down and charmed her to bits, dealt with me over the phone so that she didn't have to worry about anything like invoices or payment... and I'm pretty sure the bill should have been a lot higher! He genuinely could not have provided a better service and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Andy came at short notice to remove mice that were in the loft at my home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the problem. We have used Andy for pest control previously so trusted him to do some gardening work for us. He came round to give a quote at a time to suit us and completed the work the following week. Andy cut several feet off a large conifer hedge, tidied up another hedge and cut back a tree. He had completed the job in less time than anticipated and reduced his price to us. Andy came today to treat an ant infestation. I called him because last year we discovered Japanese knotweed in our garden and he did a fantastic job in his explanation, treatment plan and finishing the job. He is always easy to get hold of, always answers messages, is very fair with his prices and generally a lovely man you can trust. He came today at short notice, did the ant treatment quickly and effectively with minimum disruption. His assistants are always polite and equally lovely. Andy and Megan repaired both my roof, cleaned and repaired my gutter and did some brickwork pointing.They were quick to identify the issues, resolved them and even did a few other quick bits. Great service and great price. Should I have call to use their services again I won't need to look any further than Standish Property Mainenance.

Thoroughly recommend this guy. Wants to do the best job possible for the best value for the customer. Takes pride in his work, provides reasonable rates, is very reliable and keeps in regular contact providing updates, honest assessments of the work needed, impact of current weather conditions and options of when is the best time to do the work. Was very responsive and all work fitted in and completed within a quick timescale. Also provides photos of before and after work on the roof where it cannot easily be seen by the customer & finally was very friendly and personable. Pleasure to recommend - thanks Andy!

I tried for several years to control the red spider (or clover?) mites which came in swarms every summer - with little success. Andy was really helpful and knowledgeable, and this is the first year I've been able to enjoy the garden without being troubled by the little red bugs getting squished everywhere. Fantastic job, will definitely use again if needed next year :-)

Andy was driving past my property when a lorry knocked down part of a tree, it was causing an obstruction so he stopped and asked if he could help as he had a chainsaw in his van! He very quickly sawed up the tree then helped move all the wood and blew the sawdust away. He did the work really cheerfully and didn't ask for any payment. I would definitely recommend Andy going off my experience.

I contacted Andy after getting a flyer through my dorr approx 3 years ago. My garden was very overgrown and needed a thorough cut back. He has petrol powered tools and cleared my garden and as I said, cleaned my gutters & my windowsills. He has also checked loose tiles on my roof. He got rid of a wasp's nest last summer and two years ago came down after I phoned him for help after sheep got into my garden from the field at the back. He is very helpful & works very quickly; often refuses a drink and gets on with the job. He refuses to have a key to my house when I am away, I find him very trustworthy.
