I would certainly use Colin again if the need arises. He was calm, efficient and friendly.

Colin came back out to our combi boiler because the boiler was losing water and pressure and the radiators were not getting warm. He inspected it and tried to remedy the problem with a new part. This only worked partially and so he gave us our options to consider, either keep filling up the boiler with a view to replacement fairly soon or else replace it with a new one now. We chose to have a new boiler installed, agreed a price for all the work including new boiler, radiator valves, cleaning out the radiators and a wireless controller for boiler. Colin is great, he attends on time as agreed, with all his kit and your boiler and allied parts already sourced prior to the job. He brings with him knowledge and expertise and he is totally trustworthy, we gave him our house key and he kept us informed by phone of progress. He returned the next day to finish the job and is an absolute pleasure to deal with, a great bloke. He showed us how to set our new boiler talked us through its controls and we are warm and know we are in good hands. Colin even provided lagging for the external pipework and his making good was neat and professional. With Colin you receive all paperwork, he registers the boiler with gas safe. In the past I have paid another plumber just a bit less and had an awful job done by 2 men. Colin did a great job single handedly, his experience is entirely evident. We are delighted to have found Colin and would recommend him to friends or family without hesitation.

I have now called Colin out on a couple of seperate occasions thoughout the course of the year and I have to say he's friendly, always arrives when he says he will, he comes and asseses the job, cleary explains the issue and provided me with a quote there and then with an approx time to complete. He's clean & tidy with his work and has done a great job. I will contuinue to use and recommend Colin, as a single female who's pretty clueless when it comes to this kind of work I feel i can trust Colin to provide me with an honest quote for a real job and not try to pull the wool over my eyes and rip me off. Colin came and serviced my combi boiler, it needed a new pressure guage - he told me why and what it would cost and got my agreement before doing the work. We had thought that due to a radiator problem we would need to get a new radiator fitted, he quickly identified the problem and fixed it telling us a new radiator not necessary, showing his honesty. He came when he said he would, rang first explained everything, gave all paperwork and was clearly a skilled, highly expert tradesman got straight down to work and did a great job. I will use him all the time in future and recommend to all - Straightforward, organised, obviously knew it all backwards. Great job
