Never turned up on day first day specified. Bathroom goods never arrived in full, or even ones ordered by choice. wall Panals cut short in places, thermatic mixer not mixing and hot an cold connected wrong way around. Unable to get contact with Paul to rectify problem now, after coming out to identify the mixer problem. Poor service and lots of BS
